Languages and Typefaces
Pressto! allows publishers to release books with multiple languages and typefaces embedded in the same app that the reader can switch on the fly, without exiting the app or selecting global settings.
Images
All images in a Pressto! Book can be combined with multiple effects (blending) in a multilayer arrangement. Pressto! allows zooming to display large images with efficient tiling, supporting all standard gestures.
Navigation
Pressto! handles several navigation modes simultaneously, so the reader can use the most convenient navigation method at any given time.
● Tap (previous and next) to navigate to the previous or following page with a simple tap on the edge of the screen.
● Swipe (previous and next) to navigate to the previous or following page with a simple page swipe gesture.
● Table of Contents to tap on a chapter title to go to that section of the book.
● Chapter menu with images to navigate to any section by selecting a menu option.
● Bottom scrolling bar or Coverflow mode to select an image thumbnail from any page in the book to navigate to that page.

Audio
Digital book apps may feature a music soundtrack that can be played or paused when the reader wants. Add Sound Effects that will play when a reader enters a page or taps in the area you select. Stereo audio is fully supported and audio effects can be added to any mono sound to create the sense of 3D audio.
Video
Pressto! allows video playing, with or without user controls, and even using Airplay to watch videos on the AppleTV. Videos may be combined with text and images on any page.
Animations and Visual Effects
